Perform 3D modeling, drafting, sheet metal, weldments, layouts, and BOM preparation using SolidWorks. Conduct basic simulations and handle large assembly preparation in SolidWorks. Execute design calculations for hydraulics, power packs, and pneumatic cylinders for development projects. Prepare and release Bill of Materials (BOM) for the production department. Create shop drawings , share with clients, and obtain necessary approvals. Prepare TPP programs for non-standard components based on material availability and coordinate with production. Develop As-Built drawings after final installation/assembly. Carry out measurement-based designing and drafting . Ensure strong design knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings . Perform cost estimation of designed systems/equipment. Support R&D activities related to new equipment, components, and systems. Utilize SolidWorks Simulation for design validation.
