The Opportunity

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who is sharp, driven, and ready to work at the frontlines of business transformation. In this role, you will work directly with senior IE and client leadership teams to analyze core business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that create a measurable impact.

This is not a typical desk job. You will be deployed on-site, embedded with client teams, and involved in high-stakes problem solving from day one. You will gain exposure across business functions - including operations, logistics, sales, and services - and across retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, behaviors, and systems on-site
• Map process flows, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored solutions
• Support in the design and implementation of re-engineered processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across all levels
• Document findings and deliver structured reports and presentations
• Contribute to Strategic Advisory projects by supporting data-driven decision making
• Take ownership of project milestones and coordinate team execution
• Support behavioral and organizational change at client locations
• Escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution

What We’re Looking For

• MBA graduate (Candidates with up to 1 - 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in business problem-solving, strategy, and execution
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients for extended durations (12–20 weeks per project)
• Added advantage: Exposure to Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or Lean practices
