Job Description

You will be an ideal fit if you have:

CA with minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with
at least 3 years
in a managerial or supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (IND AS), taxation laws, and regulatory requirements for manufacturing companies
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Integrity, ethics, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance
