Role & responsibilities Market Expansion & Business Growth - Expand Sales footprint across Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Jharkhand, with a focus on tip trailers and tippers. Customer & Channel Partner Engagement - Ensure Wipro's visibility & availability in the market. Build customer confidence through direct presence and support. Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) for continuous improvement. Service & Support Efficiency - Reduce downtime by providing local service support. Respond quickly to customer issues for resolution. Dealer & OEM Network Management - Oversee WIN dealers/OEMs for sales, service, training, and warranty. Conduct joint inspections of failures at dealer locations. Warranty & Claims Management - Handle warranty settlements and failure claims efficiently. This role is critical for establishing Wipro's footprint in the region, ensuring faster service response, and strengthening customer trust for long-term business growth. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 4 Years Sales/ Service Experience in Hydraulic Industry Trucks or Earth Moving Equipments would be preferred Diploma / BTech - Mechanical Good Communication skills Willing to Travel extensively Knowledge of MS Word/ Excel/PowerPoint Experience in Handling Partners/ Dealers Good Knowledge of Hindi is Must
