Responsibilities
- Drive complex business / operational problems solving through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities in technology, operations, and corporate functions
- Drive development of strategic transformation plans, aligning technology, operations, and functional advancements with long-term business / functional goals
- Collaborate with global teams effectively in problem solving, solutioning and recommendation development
- Communicate effectively with leadership, conveying complex information and progress reports in a clear and concise manner
- Oversee the execution of strategic / transformation initiatives across Technology, Operations, and Functions, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless project management
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
- Provide guidance and oversight to team members involved in transformational projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered with measurable impact
- Work collaboratively to navigate organizational shifts and secure leadership and stakeholder buy-in at all levels
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm
- Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation vision that integrates technology, operations, and functional advancements.
- Prior experience with leading management consulting firms will be a plus
- Ability to roll up the sleeves and do the work as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Quantitative & qualitative analysis in solving complex organization problems (e.g., operating model design)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate senior leaders and cross-functional teams
