We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our leads and help set the stage for successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

# Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat

# Qualify leads based on need, budget, interest, and timeline

# Schedule product demos and sales meetings

# Understand customer pain points and introduce Dit’o as a solution

# Maintain accurate lead data and updates in CRM tools

# Share weekly insights and collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Candidate Profile:

# 2–4 years of experience in inbound sales, tele calling, or lead qualification

# Confident, articulate, and professional in client conversations

# Exposure to B2B or HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) domains is a plus

# Familiarity with CRM systems or Excel for tracking and reporting

# Self-motivated and consistent in follow-ups and reporting
