Role:

You will own the entire inbound lead generation engine, driving organic traffic, building the lead-to-demo conversion funnel, and establishing Flyingduck as the code security advisor for Engineering Leaders and CISOs. This is a highly autonomous role that blends technical SEO, content strategy, and community engagement.


This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound & Growth Marketing Lead (B2B SaaS) based in Hyderabad. The Inbound & Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, conducting market analysis, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with sales teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Daily tasks include analyzing marketing metrics, optimizing funnels, and implementing growth hacks to improve overall performance.


🛑 Note:

This is not just for inbound lead generation but really to set up strategy and execution for all the activities mentioned above.


Key Responsibilities

1. SEO, AEO, & GEO: Execute the critical technical SEO audit fixes, optimize Core Web Vitals and implement.


2. Content & Authority: Develop and execute a high-volume, developer-focused content calendar (4-6 blogs/month) around topics like SAST comparisons, CI/CD security, and AI code remediation.


3. Lead Funnel Ownership: Design and optimize landing pages, create high-value Lead Magnets, and manage the 3-4 email nurture sequences that convert sign-ups into demo requests or sandbox trials.


4. PLG & Community: Drive high-intent traffic by actively engaging and sharing resources in technical communities (OWASP Slack, Reddit r/netsec, Dev.to). Support the PLG motion by creating demo videos and optimizing the freemium/sandbox onboarding flow.


5. Thought Leadership: Partner directly with the founders to amplify their security insights and case breakdowns into weekly LinkedIn content, establishing the brand's credibility


Experience Required

4+ years

Cyber Security, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure/Developer Tooling

Organic Traffic

Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog) and experience using Google Search Console/Analytics.
