The purpose of this position is to execute component project management for GH- BU in India (Projects and work packages).
Advance knowledge about product development, manufacturing process & project management according to PEP process.
Advance knowledge of project management tools like APQP, MPP, 8D, PPAP, risk management etc.
Competent communication skills (written & spoken) & customer orientation
1. Project Management Process : Collect project data to facilitate customer project acquisition. Facilitate seamless execution of project post acquisition - from project development phase to series release phase. Manage manufacture relocation topics.
2. System and Process : Define project charter, align with necessary stakeholders for
timely closure of open topics including risk release document as per project requirement/progress systematically and participate/ lead audits with necessary
3. Risk Management : Escalate in case of deviations/risk, coordinate, support & ensure execution of mitigation plan along with CFT, report cost impact and obtain management decision/approvals.
4. Budget Management : Track project efforts and budget and align with team leader
and obtain support/decision
