Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our team, focusing on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in Energy strategy, depth, market intelligence, Power System Planning & Transmission Strategy Regulatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business development activities and foster strong client relationships to drive impactful consulting projects.
  • Provide advisory services and consultative expertise to clients within the power distribution industry.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines.
  • Design and implement solution architecture for AMI and HES integration projects.
  • Supervise the implementation of HES, including process design, creation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Utilize knowledge of AMI-based integration to customize solutions for clients' specific needs.
  • Delegate tasks to team members while offering coaching to enhance their performance and deliver results.
  • Apply critical thinking to bring structure to complex problems and create actionable solutions.
  • Leverage industry tools to extract insights and stay ahead of sector trends.

Sectoral Skills:

  • Extensive experience in the power energy sector.
  • Proven track record in managing AMI/HES integration for at least two power distribution projects.
  • Expertise in supervising HES implementations, solution design, and architecture.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Consulting background with experience in power distribution and regulatory (CERC/SERC)
  • Designing solution architecture with AMI integration knowledge.

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Ability to use feedback for self-awareness and personal development.
  • Strong leadership skills, offering stretch opportunities and coaching to team members.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using industry tools to derive insights from sector trends.

Years of experience qualification:

At least 15 years of relevant experience in IT Services and Consulting with emphasis on energy sector

Education Qualifications:

  • LLB & MBA(Finance)
