What You’ll Do

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels are available across multiple warehouses/locations so products never go out of stock.

· Forecast inventory requirements for upcoming periods to support sales plans and prevent shortages.

  • Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs); manage inventory flows and incoming goods.
  • Monitor, report, and minimize ageing inventory; move slow stock proactively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records with zero errors; oversee regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel for real-time tracking of stock positions, movements, and replenishment needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales on sales plan forecasts to keep stock ready for demand surges and seasonal peaks.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics to troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved stock turns and working capital utilization.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience managing inventory/stock across warehouses or retail locations (D2C, B2B, or manufacturing background preferred).
  • Master with Google Sheets, Excel, and inventory dashboards; comfortable creating custom formulas, pivots, and automated reports.
  • Detail-obsessed and systems-oriented; you keep records crisp and spot issues before they impact business.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator able to partner with sales, warehouse, and finance teams.
  • Adept at process problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
