This critical role ensures customers see the right products with accurate promises, minimizing out-of-stock issues. You'll collaborate with supply chain, category, operations, and platform teams to drive inventory health, reduce lost sales, and maintain strong marketplace performance. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual to excel in our Udaipur headquarters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Health: Manage stock levels, ensure high availability, and reduce out-of-stocks. 2. Planning & Forecasting : Align with supply chain and category teams on plans based on platform visibility, seasonality, and campaigns. 3. Speed & Promise Metrics : Monitor delivery timelines and ensure performance SLAs are met. 4. Unhealthy Inventory Management : Identify and clear aging or slow-moving stock. 5. Flex Launches : Plan and execute flexible fulfillment models to improve reach and delivery speed. 6. Platform Coordination : Troubleshoot availability and promise issues with platform ops and account managers. 7. Marketplace Knowledge: Understanding of marketplace functions, seller panels, fulfillment models, and speed metrics. 4. Platform Experience: Prior experience with platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, or in-house FCs is preferred. 5. Work Style: High ownership, responsiveness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Location: Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate full-time (no hybrid setup).
