The Role

We are seeking a proactive Import-Export Executive to manage our international logistics and documentation. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experts and handle end-to-end trade operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BoL, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, and EXIM policies.
• Track shipments and manage documentation for LC and bank formalities.
• Maintain records and support international procurement/logistics.
• Stay updated on trade regulations and tariffs.

Who You Are

• A graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Import-Export Management.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in trade documentation.
• Basic understanding of Customs, Incoterms, and EXIM procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP logistics modules is a plus.
