Documentation & Compliance Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, Form E, Form D, LC documents, and insurance forms. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, Incoterms, and company policies. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies for smooth documentation and approvals. 3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination Communicate with overseas suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners regarding shipment details, order status, and delivery updates. Negotiate freight rates and evaluate logistics service providers for quality and cost efficiency. Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies. 4.
