Import Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics - Executive to oversee the daily operations of our logistics and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation, inventory management, and distribution of goods while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound, outbound, domestic, and international shipments).
• Manage transportation logistics including carrier selection, route planning, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and logistics transactions.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and transportation regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• [2-5+] years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international logistics (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
