This position assists in managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Coordinates with the Manager Human Resources in implementation of services, policies, and program. The major areas directed are: Recruiting and staffing; Maintenance of leave database Maintaining /Updating Leave Records. Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, Prof Tax, Gratuity, LTA, Bonus Etc. Preparation of Salary Statement. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees. Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes. Administration of all Contract Labor. Conducting various welfare activities. Community initiatives programmes organizing & participation. Regular updation of communication channels. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management Ensure statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, Annual returns, Monthly challans, factory License, Shop & establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis. Liaison with all Government Agencies ensuring adherence to compliance. Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee. Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue. Check travel and tour expenses & contractor bills and record for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, etc, implement and administer performance management process as per the PMS policy and timelines. Preparing import / export documentation like Invoice, packing list, etc. - Approving checklists and co-ordinate with CHA on import and export clearances. - Preparing and maintaining advance licenses for duty free imports. - Negotiating quotations
Role and Responsibilities : SPOC for the entire logistics activity. Supervising and delegating the dispatch executives based at site location To take ownership in the running of the day to day dispatch operation. Delegate and Priorities duties to achieve objectives. Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly. Ensure all orders are completed and systems updated accordingly. Ensure all records electronic and paper are being maintained and recorded correctly. Ensure Discipline and Standards are maintained and any breeches of said standards are dealt with as per the companies Disciplinary Procedures. To be a focal point for the dispatch team and to ensure that they are undertaking their responsibilities and duties as required. Perform other duties as requested requirement. Communicate with transporters and Clearing Agent Check bills of transporters and Clearing agents Educational Qualification - Educational Qualification : Any Graduate Minimum experience of at least 1- 2 years.
