Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Executive, based in Chennai. The Import Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end import process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, managing import logistics, handling documentation, providing excellent customer service, and supporting export and import operations to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Import and Export procedures and experience in handling related operations
• Expertise in Import Logistics, including documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with suppliers and ensure seamless processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems; familiarity with supply chain processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is a plus
