Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Executive located in Chennai. The Import Executive will be responsible for managing import logistics, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, handling required documentation, and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. Key day-to-day tasks include liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, providing excellent customer service and communication, and assisting in export activities when needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Import Logistics and Import processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of export procedures and regulations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
