Key Responsibilities

Export Operations

• Handling end-to-end export operations.
  
• Preparation and management of export documentation.
  
• Invoice generation through

  COSMOS

  and

  SAP

  systems.
• Coordination and follow-up for customs clearance.
  
• Wharfage payment calculation.
  
• Preparation of export cost sheets.
  
• Item registration in

  SAL

  application.

Import Operations

• Managing import operations for

  Sea and Air shipments

  .
• Preparation and handling of import documentation.
  
• Creation of

  SDN

  ,

  BPA amendments

  , and

  BOE uploading

  through

  SAP

  .
• Updating

  CTH

  codes and managing license requirements.
• Coordination with customs agents and follow-up on clearance status.
  
• Duty payment and deferred duty authentication.
  
• Communication and coordination with transporters for container movement to

  CFS

  , organization, or other required locations.
• Handling

  FOC (Free of Cost)

  air shipments.
• Managing

  FHD (Free House Delivery)

  air shipments.
