Implementation Manager

• Team Leadership & Management :
• Direct and mentor the Implementation and COD team to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Project Implementation
• Plan, schedule, and manage implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met with precision.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams and support functions.
• Gather and validate documentation and implementation requirements.
• Documentation Oversight
• Resolve complex document-related issues to prevent project delays.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory documentation standards.
• Quality & Risk Management
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handling client/internal escalations .
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Reporting & Communication
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across teams and with clients.
