Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Manager based in Hyderabad. The Implementation Manager will oversee the deployment of the company's ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with hospital operations. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with hospital staff, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Looking for only HMS background implementation persons and only experienced
• Project Management and Coordination skills
• Experience with ERP implementation and integration
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
