Job Title: Implementation Manager – Travel Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager from the Travel Industry to lead client onboarding and product rollout initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel technology, client integrations, and end-to-end implementation management.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery, timely execution, and adherence to quality standards during the Go-Live phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding, account setup, and product implementation.
• Coordinate with Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, implementation planners, and milestone charts.
• Support API integrations, middleware connections, and data mapping.
• Prepare SOPs, SLAs, escalation matrices, and client-specific documentation.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation phase.
• Conduct progress reviews and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
• Monitor quality parameters and escalate issues when required.
• Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Implementation / Product / Project Management within the Travel Industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of travel technology platforms, GDS, API integrations, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in client onboarding and software/product rollouts.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
