Handle loan processing, disbursement, and repayments. Accounts reconcilations Make sure all work follows RBI and government regulations. Keep accurate records for audits and inspections. Find ways to make operations faster and smoother. Use technology to improve efficiency. Work with sales, credit, and tech teams to give customers a great experience. Guide junior staff and ensure they follow procedures. Solve customer issues related to operations quickly. Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages. Create regular reports on operational activities. Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
