Job Description

We are looking for Senior HR professional having experience in Payroll and other HR activities.

Job Location: Mount Road, Chennai.

Job Role: TL /AM- HR

Gender: Male

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing:

Manage the entire payroll cycle, from collecting employee information to the final disbursement of salaries.

Statutory compliance:

Ensure all payroll activities and compliance and local labor laws, like PF, ESI,PT, Gratuity, LWF, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and TDS.

Employee relations:

Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries. .

Performance management:& Compensation and benefits:

Assist with performance reviews, provide training and counseling to management, and support employee goal-setting and Salary structure working.

Policy and compliance:

Implement and administer HR policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Record and monitor attendance:

Track employee working hours, absences, and leaves to maintain accurate records

HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and induction.
Maintain and update employee master data and HRMS Portal.

HR Reporting & Analytics

Generate regular reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, payroll cost, etc.).
Support HR leadership with data for audits, budgeting, and compliance reviews.
