Job Description

Role Summary

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the HR Information System (HRIS) to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and business teams to ensure accurate data, seamless process workflows, reporting, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Darwinbox or similar HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. HRIS Management & System Administration

  • Maintain, update, and configure HRIS modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMS, Attendance, Payroll interface, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, data audits, and system hygiene.
  • Manage user access, role creation, permissions, and security settings.

2. Process Automation & Workflow Management

  • Design and implement workflows for Recruitment, Onboarding, Confirmation, PMS, Exit, etc.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend system improvements.
  • Coordinate with HR and tech teams for system upgrades or new module implementation.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain dashboards and MIS reports (Hiring status, Attrition, Headcount, Attendance, etc.).
  • Support monthly HR dashboards for leadership and audit requirements.
  • Provide data insights to aid decision-making.

4. Employee & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and business teams on system usage.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the HRIS vendor (Darwinbox or others).

5. Compliance & Data Security

  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR and audit policies.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (Darwinbox preferred).
  • Advanced Excel & reporting skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, PMS).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HRIS management or HR operations.
  • Experience in system implementation or module rollout is an advantage.
