This role requires a creative individual with strong content creation skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content. Key Responsibilities : Content Creation: Develop and manage content using various content creation tools. This includes writing, editing, and producing content in the form of articles, videos, static creatives, reels, carousels, and more- Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies to generate multimedia content and ensure it aligns with our brand guidelines and objectives. Content Management: Oversee the release of content on digital platforms, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. Quality Assurance: Validate the accuracy and relevance of content before publication. Regularly update content to keep it fresh and aligned with current trends and company goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including crop managers, breeders, researchers, and product development teams, to gather content requirements and feedback. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on content effectiveness and user engagement. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in digital content creation and management. Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in consumer facing industries Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
