Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Verify attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll inputs.
  • Liaise with the Payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, transport, and related travel arrangements for employees
  • Ensure timely updates in HR systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain billing records
  • Maintain HR and admin-related MIS reports
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support on any other Hr & Admin activities required.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate willing to work for HR and Administration Process.

Basic knowledge of ISO, TQM, OHSAS & Safety.

Knowledge on ESI, PF, Factories Act and other labour laws
