Role & responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive effective people practices. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, engagement with a strong emphasis on partnering with stakeholders particularly within the healthcare domain to support organizational goals.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver

    end-to-end talent acquisition

    for multiple roles, with a strong focus on healthcare functions.
  • Conduct initial HR screening, assess candidate fit against role and business requirements, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
  • Act as a strategic partner during onboarding by ensuring documentation compliance, maintaining employee records, and delivering a seamless joining experience aligned with business expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to

    design and execute employee engagement initiatives

    that enhance retention, morale, and workplace culture.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, proactively addressing concerns, grievances, and people-related queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data within HRMS, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across the employee lifecycle.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and insights using HRMS and Excel to support decision-making and HR operations.
  • Support core HR processes including documentation, policy adherence, audits, and statutory or internal compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes by aligning HR operations with business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-6 years Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HRBP roles, preferably within healthcare or related industries. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and advanced Excel reporting.
