| Job Requirements :

Willingness to work in US shift/ Night Shift.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Passion to handle calls.
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Any BPO or Customer Facing Role .
Working days: 5 days a week (Sat & Sun fixed Off) .

Skills & Competencies Required:

Should be flexible working for US shifts.
Should have good typing skills (30-35 wpm).
Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
Should be open & flexible to align with business requirements as needed.
