Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for real estate projects.
Schedule site visits with interested prospects to showcase properties and close deals.
Utilize telemarketing skills to effectively communicate with clients over phone calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets through telesales efforts.
Provide pre-sales support by gathering market intelligence, preparing presentations, and maintaining client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in residential sales or related field (real estate).
