The Senior Research Analyst will be part of a growing team of Researchers who will monitor U.S. cities commercial real estate markets in various property sectors and industries. The Senior Research Analyst will contribute to best-in-class research that differentiates JLL and builds and maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace through market expertise, analysis, and insight. The Senior Research Analyst will use data from JLL and other sources to analyse market conditions and effectively tell the commercial real estate story to our brokers and clients.
The Senior Research Analyst will leverage proprietary JLL and third party commercial real estate market data as well as source, up , and vali additional commercial real estate market and non-commercial real estate market data relevant to the property and industry sectors of interest. The Senior Research Analyst will analyse and visualize data to tell the story of the market through PowerPoint presentations and research insights that respond to client and stakeholder inquiries and support business development efforts. The Senior Research Analyst will work closely with our Research teams across the U.S. markets as well as the Data Hub team to produce regular quarterly market overviews and contribute to thought leadership publications and other content developed by the Research team.
What this job involves: -
Source and up , vali , analyse, and visualize U.Smercial real estate market data for various property and industry sectors not covered by the Data Hub and researchers located in U.S. markets, including data related to properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and owners.

Check leasing activity dashboards and push leases to MarketSphere .

Source and up data on U.S. markets macro and socio-economic environment such as economic performance, demographics.

Leveraging proprietary JLL data and third-party data sources, produce standard Research deliverables including the quarterly market insights, quarterly skylines, market overview PowerPoint decks, and short/medium/long-form reports as requested by clients and the business.Contribute to thought leadership and research content developed by Research teams (locally & globally) through sharing data and contributing market knowledge and information where relevant to drive client engagement and business growth.Support the business development process by delivering property and sector insights in various formats including slide decks.

Support ongoing and new client Research Advisory man through market analysis and development of end product for the client.

Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Research lead and researchers across US markets to effectively understand the market and develop the appropriate end-product.

Bachelor s degree preferred and 2-4 years professional experience, can be in economics, business, consulting, real estate, economic development, urban planning, or other related fields.

Strong quantitative skillset, including Excel skills, with ability to identify new insights and trends through data analytics.
Good command of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
