Imaging Specialist - Digital Solutions

team.In this role, you will be responsible for
managing end-to-end scanning and digitization projects across multiple client sites, ensuring seamless, qualitative, and on-time delivery while adhering to the scope of work
.Our team is focused on integrating advanced technology and automation into digitization projects to drive efficiency and superior customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Responsibility 1: Lead Project Execution and Delivery: Manage scanning and digitization projects at customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities, including supervising in-house and vendorized teams, and planning for seamless, qualitative, and on-time delivery of projects.
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate for Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction: Manage sign-offs for the Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and Work Completion Certifications (WCC), and proactively manage client escalations to ensure smooth operations across 4-5 client sites.
- Responsibility 3: Ensure Operational Excellence and Financial Compliance: Ensure the achievement of daily and monthly productivity targets, assist vertical leads in attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, and maintain deep understanding of Google Sheets for accurate Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in managing multiple operational sites within the digitization trade.
- Strong knowledge of production imaging equipment and systems, including various production scanners (Automatic Document Feeder / Overhead / Flatbed / BookEye, etc.), Document Management Systems (DMS), metadata, workflow management, and automation.
- Proven ability in leading and engaging large teams (50+ members) on scanning and digitization projects, including both in-house and vendorized staff.
