Sales Executive

to join our

UtilitiesO&M Sales

team for the

Assigned region

, based out of

Environment House

Pune

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating newbusiness, nurturing existing accounts, and building long-term relationshipsacross industries like power, pharma, oil & gas, and heavy manufacturing.You will be instrumental in offering tailored asset management solutions thathelp clients enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Assigned region for industrial asset management services (O&M, reliability engineering, condition monitoring, etc.).
  • Engage with plant heads, maintenance heads, and procurement leaders to understand client needs and propose value-driven service offerings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, proposal, operations, and finance) to develop and deliver winning solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly update sales pipeline and provide forecasts and reports to management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and client events in the region.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7- 12 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in asset management or O&M services.
  • Familiarity with industrial assets, plant operations, and maintenance-related services.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
