What are we looking for?
- Total 8-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, including 1-2+ years’ experience leading / managing a team of diverse skill-sets, and in client handling / client facing roles
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate the data driven insights for specific business/client contexts. Skilled in data storytelling and dashboarding for stakeholder consumption.
- Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills & soft skills
- Prior experience in project management/consulting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of digital marketing, customer and social analytics, market research and data engineering
- Work experience in data analytics
- Proficient with tools such as Kantar Track, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Hootsuite, and Talk walker Roles and Responsibilities:
- Present the analytics reports and discuss actionable insights & recommendations with the clients/ POCs
- Execute analytics projects to help clients drive better business outcomes, including existing scope
- Develop deep functional & industry expertise
- Working with multiple teams to understand reporting needs by defining business requirements, KPIs & Data Lineage and designing reports and dashboards
- Work on content optimization by analyzing the User Journeys, Heatmaps of Webpages
- Manage expectations & coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients, account teams and data teams, and ensure timely delivery of business insights for key marketing programs
- Identify opportunities to provide strategic direction to the clients from data and analytics perspective
- Work with clients to understand business requirements for new development, if any
- Perform scoping and feasibility analysis to manage clients’ business needs and managing interaction with internal and client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for innovation and value addition and create additional client value through analytics innovation
