Ice Cream Marketing Executive (B2B – Hotels, Events & Institutional Sales)

Location: LB Nagar, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead B2B marketing efforts for our premium ice cream range targeted at hotel chains, event management firms, caterers, cafés, and restaurants.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence in the hospitality and event sectors, support sales initiatives, and build long-term business relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans to promote ice cream products to hotels, event organizers, caterers, and other institutional clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create tailored campaigns aligned with company sales objectives.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Client & Business Development Support

  • Work closely with the management team to identify and engage potential business clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, product samples, and promotional materials.
  • Support tenders, proposals, and partnership pitches with marketing input and brand assets.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and F&B decision-makers.

3. Brand Management & Trade Marketing

  • Position the brand as a preferred ice cream supplier for the hospitality and events industry.
  • Create customized marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, and digital content for B2B audiences.
  • Coordinate branding initiatives at partner venues, festivals, or events.
  • Collaborate with production and packaging teams to design institutional and catering-friendly product formats.

4. Promotions, Events & Partnerships

  • Organize and manage product demonstrations, tastings, and chef engagement programs.
  • Plan and execute participation in trade shows, food festivals, and hospitality exhibitions.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with hotels and event management companies.
  • Design promotional campaigns for seasonal or event-driven sales boosts.

5. Research, Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor trends and customer preferences in the hospitality and catering industries.
  • Gather insights from clients to guide product innovation and service improvements.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare periodic marketing performance reports.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in B2B client acquisition and retention
  • Lead generation and conversion rate from marketing campaigns
  • Brand visibility in hospitality and event segments
  • ROI from marketing events and promotions
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business levels

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, FMCG, or hospitality sales/marketing
  • Strong understanding of institutional and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) marketing dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.) is added advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
