Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's website and mobile application. Ensure the platforms are scalable, performant, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. Ensure seamless and reliable integration with critical third-party APIs, specifically for flights, hotels, and payment gateways. Manage API performance, error handling, and vendor relationships related to integrations. Develop, implement, and oversee robust IT security measures to protect company data and systems. Ensure full compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards. Proactively identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Act as the primary technical point of contact and coordinate closely with the product and operations teams to provide technical support, resolve issues, and align on product roadmaps. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide the development process. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small tech team of developers and support staff. Manage team workloads, foster professional growth, and ensure efficient project delivery. Contribute to the overall technology strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for technological innovation and efficiency improvements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in technology management specifically at an Online Travel Agency (OTA). Strong, Comprehensive Knowledge Of Web development technologies and best practices. Mobile app development (iOS/Android platforms). API integration principles and experience with various third-party APIs (especially flights, hotels, payments). Cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection compliance. Proven experience in managing small tech teams, including developers and support personnel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical and operational challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and drive project completion.
