Job Title: Reservation Executive Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Manage and process room reservations through phone, email, and online channels. Provide guests with accurate information on room types, rates, availability, and ongoing promotions. Use reservation systems (e.g., Opera) to create, modify, and update bookings. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met. Prepare reservation confirmations and handle booking cancellations or amendments as per company policy. Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records, assisting with occupancy forecasting and reporting. Actively upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest queries promptly and professionally. Show more Show less
