Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HVAC Sales Engineer who will drive sales and business development activities for HVAC systems and services. The role involves generating new business, nurturing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and offering technically sound and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the HVAC segment across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare detailed proposals, and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, system presentations, and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams for estimation, costing, and proposal submissions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends in HVAC technology.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Assist in pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, business development, or technical sales. Freshers with strong technical aptitude and sales orientation may also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF/VRV, packaged units, ductable systems, ventilation, and allied equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and HVAC system designs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
