We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Project Manager (Immediate joiner) with expertise in HVAC and Fire Fighting systems to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a proven track record in successfully delivering projects within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) domain

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget for HVAC and Fire Fighting system installations.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication within the project team.

Client Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of HVAC and Fire Fighting installations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and adherence to specifications.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.tech (Mechanical)
• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Ready to relocate PAN India.
