HVAC Project Manager

As an HVAC Project Manager, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance projects. You will interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate execution. Your responsibilities will also include preparing project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans. It will be important for you to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as per project requirements will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with all mechanical, safety, and building codes will be part of your daily tasks. Tracking project performance, preparing progress reports for management and clients, ensuring timely billing, documentation, and project closure activities are essential. Moreover, you will lead, mentor, and supervise the site team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
