HVAC Project Manager

As an HVAC Project Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Knowledge of Chillers, plant room, VRF System is must. - Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts. - Work with engineers and technicians to design and install HVAC systems. - Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair work of HVAC systems. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for the project. - Manage all phases of project execution, including equipment selection, design review, installation, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to codes and standards. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments. - Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans. - Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and professionally. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
