HVAC Project Manager

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Knowledge of Chillers, plant room, VRF System is a must. - Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and contracts. - Working with engineers and technicians to design and install HVAC systems. - Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair work of HVAC systems. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Managing the procurement of materials and equipment required for the project. - Managing all phases of project execution, including equipment selection, design review, installation, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to codes and standards. - Conducting regular site inspections to monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments. - Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans. - Resolving any project-related issues or disputes promptly and professionally. - Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
