Job Summary

Responsible for operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and electrical systems across multiple delivery centers within the city to ensure safe, uninterrupted, and energy-efficient facility operations. The incumbent will undertake regular site visits, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues raised from assigned delivery centers.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Systems

·       Operate and maintain Chillers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, Split & Package ACs at all assigned delivery centers

·       Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per PMS and OEM guidelines with 100% compliance

·       Perform breakdown troubleshooting and rectification within defined SLA response times

·       Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for major repairs and spares replacements

·       Monitor FA/EA systems, VFDs, ducting, and controls; identify and report abnormalities

Electrical Systems

·       Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, and DG sets across all centers

·       Manage electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems

·       Handle short circuits, overloads, power failures, and emergency situations

·       Ensure safe switching practices and load balancing at each site

·       Maintain and update Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical drawings

Safety & Compliance

·       Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory compliance at all sites

·       Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PTW (Permit to Work), and SOP procedures during all maintenance activities

·       Support fire safety system coordination and emergency preparedness at each centre

·       Participate in inspections, audits, and compliance documentation as required

·       Report all safety incidents and near-misses promptly

Documentation & Reporting

·       Maintain detailed PMS and breakdown logs for all assigned delivery centers in CMMS/ticketing system

·       Track spares inventory and indent requirements across delivery centers

·       Monitor and report energy consumption trends and efficiency metrics

·       Prepare audit and compliance documentation for each site

·       Communicate regularly via email and ticketing platforms with store managers and maintenance team

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:

·       Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or HVAC

Experience Required:

·       Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in facility or multi-site maintenance working with HVAC & Electrical systems.

·       Preferably in warehouse, delivery centre, retail, or distribution environments

·       Demonstrated experience in managing multiple locations simultaneously

Technical Knowledge:

·       Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC and electrical systems

·       Familiarity with CMMS, ticketing systems, and digital documentation tools

Skills & Competencies
