Key Responsibilities

1. Content Curation & Learning Material Management

  • Curate, validate, and maintain high-quality learning content aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and accuracy of content.
  • Maintain an organized repository of learning resources for easy access and future use.

2. Learning Technology & Learner Engagement

  • Upload, organize, and track learning content on LXP/LMS platforms.
  • Explore and implement innovative learning tools such as gamification, simulations, and AI-driven adaptive learning technologies.
  • Drive LXP adoption and learning completion through structured communications
  • Conduct participant check-ins, small-group connects, and reinforcement discussions.


3. Program Execution & Coordination

  • Plan and execute end-to-end learning programs including workshops, webinars, and hybrid sessions.
  • Manage participant nominations, cohort creation, and pre-session readiness activities.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and ensure smooth execution of learning interventions.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and program objectives.
  • Communicate program progress and gather feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.

5. Assessment & Analytics

  • Conduct knowledge assessments, pre- and post-training surveys to gauge learning effectiveness.
  • Analyze learner data and prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-making.
  • Track completion of learning programs and assignments to ensure high learner engagement.


Key Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Excel skills

    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards, basic formulas).
  • Data analysis & interpretation

    —ability to derive insights and present them clearly.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication

    in English.
  • Highly proactive

    , with the ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal follow-up.
  • Strong coordination and execution capability

    across multiple tasks.
  • Good facilitation or presentation ability (preferred).

3-4 Years Experience is mandatory.
