Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role located on-site in Pune. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and personnel management. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.
