Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage the complete performance management cycle including KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and boost morale
• Act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances in a timely and sensitive manner
• Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes
• Maintain compliance
• Review, update, and improve HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and compliance requirements
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review and audits
• Support or lead implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and automation tools
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members, if any
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for better employee experience
• Assist in employer branding efforts such as social media presence, career fairs, and internal communication

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Proven track record in handling performance management systems and engagement programs
• Experience in reviewing and enhancing HR policies and documentation
• Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
