As an HR Executive handling Recruitment & Operations, you’ll play a key role in identifying talent and creating systems that nurture future leaders. Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with internal teams to close open positions within timelines
• Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms

Operations:

• Handle onboarding formalities and employee documentation
• Maintain and update employee records, leaves, and attendance
• Support payroll coordination with accurate data collection
• Organize internal events and engagement activities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in HR (internships also considered)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace / MS Office
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
