Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks include implementing HR strategies, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role requires collaboration with various departments to facilitate a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills in end to end payroll , compliance .
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the industrial or IT sector is a plus
