Human Resources Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations Executive at Artifex HR in the retail industry, a leading apparel brand, your primary role will be to support HR functions such as recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling, training, and induction. You should have 4+ years of experience along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: - Source sales staff and TMS candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews. - Utilize communication, networking, and headhunting strategies. - Staff Engagement: - Conduct regular check-ins and calls with employees. - Ensure a positive work environment through proactive engagement. - Exhibit patience, effective communication, and a high level of interpersonal skills. - Grievance Handling: - Raise tickets for employee grievances and escalate when necessary. - Provide timely action plans and crisis management solutions. - Focus on Turnaround Time (TAT) and resolution efficiency. - Training & Development: - Develop and maintain a training calendar. - Create training modules and content. - Conduct market research to improve training effectiveness. - Utilize strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for training materials. - Induction: - Conduct welcome calls for new joiners. - Plan and execute monthly induction programs. - Deliver presentations using PowerPoint and strong communication skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Previous experience in HR operations or a similar role preferred.
