Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Training Content Developer with extensive experience in managing and executing large-scale transformation projects using authoring tools. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of delivering process and technical expertise tailored to various end-user groups, aligned with the training for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This role requires a deep understanding of the overarching processes and common transactions within PLM. Should have worked previously with WalkMe tool and can-do translations using WalkMe tool. We need someone who can join our team immediately. This resource will be required to roll up their sleeves, and jump immediately in and perform training material video content development for a PLM system in a very fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and understand stakeholder requirements
  • Build training curriculum
  • Develop video training materials and job aides
  • Develop training materials –

    job aids, user guides, quick reference guides

  • Demonstrate

    proficiency in WalkMe tool

  • Support and deliver

    end-user training for PLM

  • Has done

    content translations in various languages

  • Ability to record and

    create training videos

  • Ability to use communication development and use technical writing when needed


Competencies and Experience:

  • Strong Communication Skills:

    Effective communication is essential for a training content developer. They need to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Knowledge of Training Tools and Content Development:

    Proven experience in defining and developing effective training materials using a variety of tools, including:
  • WalkMe

  • Articulate Storyline

    and Articulate 360
  • Whatfix
  • Camtasia
  • SAP EnableNow
  • Microsoft PowerPoint


  • Proactive Behavior and Urgency

    : The ability to volunteer to complete required work in urgent/short time periods
  • Adaptability and Flexibility:

    The ability to adapt to changing requirements and feedback is important.
  • Creativity and Innovation:

    The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to present information is essential.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    Effective collaboration within the team and with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders is important.
  • Organizational Skills:

    The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently is crucial for managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Urgency:

    Prompt responsiveness to client requests and tasks with high bar in a short timeframe.
  • Proactivity –

    Takes initiative to complete urgent work that needs to be completed to make deadlines.
