Job Description

As a Senior HR Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and productivity within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting targeted one-on-one connects, focused group discussions, and surveys to gauge the organization's pulse and implement corrective measures for improvement. - Regularly managing and updating connect details, MIS, and trackers to ensure accurate documentation. - Designing and implementing new employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work culture. - Identifying critical talents and developing tailored interventions for retention and growth. - Ensuring timely conduct of skip-level meetings and addressing concerns promptly. - Facilitating smooth integration of new joiners through a structured Buddy Program. - Proactively engaging with employees to address issues, conduct retention discussions, and collaborate with managers to mitigate attrition risks. - Guiding exiting employees through the attrition process and system transactions. - Analyzing employee turnover trends, engagement survey feedback, and attrition risk profiling to propose data-driven interventions. - Resolving employee escalations within specified TAT and organizational policy framework. - Addressing and resolving cases related to disciplinary actions, misconduct, or harassment in alignment with company policies. - Handling compliance-related tasks and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews to meet business unit requirements. - Generating social media marketing ideas to attract top talent and enhance employer branding. - Partnering with leadership teams to offer guidance and solutions on HR-related issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/HR certifications preferred) Additional Details: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to connect effectively with employees at all levels. - An analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for decision-making and problem-solving is crucial. - Expertise in employee engagement, career management, and attrition mitigation strategies is highly beneficial. - A solid understanding of HR systems, MIS, and compliance frameworks is required for this role.,
